What we do

Three things, done properly, for people who need to keep working.

Spinal adjustment

The core of most care plans, and usually the first relief people feel.

Movement screening

Twenty minutes that explains why the pain keeps coming back.

Workplace visits

On-site screening days for warehouse and construction crews.

A clinic that tells you the truth

Most people arrive here after trying to ignore it for months. We start by working out whether we can actually help — and say so if we cannot.

Care plans here are finite. You should be finishing one, not renewing it forever.

They told me at the first visit that I needed six weeks, not six months. Nobody had been that straight with me.

The screening day found three of us heading for trouble. Two of them have not missed a shift since.

Questions people ask

Do I need a referral?

No. You can book directly, and most new patients are seen within the same week.

Will it hurt?

An adjustment should not. If something we do hurts, tell us and we stop — there is almost always another way to get there.

How many visits will I need?

We will tell you at the first appointment, and we will give you a number rather than a subscription. Most plans run six to twelve visits.

Do you take insurance?

Most major plans, and we will check your coverage before your first visit rather than after it. We also see cash-pay patients.

What should I bring?

Anything you have already had done — imaging, notes from another clinic. If you have nothing, that is fine too.

Ask us something

Not sure we treat what you have, or whether your insurance works here? Ask — a person answers, usually the same day.
